Burglary Near You - Town End Road BD14

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Town End Road BD14. On Tuesday 18th August between 13:00hrs and 1420hrs. 

Community Alert: Burglary of Touring Caravan

Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a small farm property.

Between the times and dates stated above, a suspect entered a stationary touring caravan via an insecure front door. The caravan was located within the grounds of a small farm which houses a number of animals and pets.

Once inside, the suspect removed items from within the caravan. The offender was disturbed by the victim and subsequently made off on foot across neighbouring fields.

We would like to remind residents, landowners, and caravan owners to ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secured, even when premises are occupied or located within private land.

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations.
